Yes, because if you really found someone who loves you genuinely, that is joy. No, because when you put your happiness into others, eventually you will lose it. You need to be content with yourself and be happy for yourself. Let go of what doesn’t serve you.
We all have baggage that weighs us down and doesn’t serve us anymore. If we can learn to let go of those baggages, we’ll be lighter and freer to live our lives more fully. I suggest that find a way to make yourself better. Probably find a hobby or join a community. I always tell to everyone, “When you are busy, you don’t have time to feel anything.”
